Kevin Hutcheson, an alleged scam artist with outstanding warrants in Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island has yet to be arrested, even though he’s living openly in Montreal and claims he’s met with police in the city.
According to one of his former victims, Hutcheson needs to be held accountable for his actions.
The 53-year-old is living at a homeless shelter and says he has cancer.
Hutcheson is alleged to have scammed two women he had relationships with out of thousands of dollars before disappearing on them.
