Two Kapuskasing, Ont. residents charged with elder fraud

Two Kapuskasing, Ont. residents are charged with committing fraud against an elderly person after a lengthy investigation by Ontario Provincial Police.

Luc Doucet, 56, and Julie Gaudreault, 33, used cheques and funds belonging to a local elderly person to make several purchases at stores.

Doucet is charged with fraud over $5,000 and several other charges. Gaudreault is charged with fraud under $5,000 and possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000.
