A dispute involving property ownership at a Timmins, Ont. trailer park has resulted in criminal fraud charges.

Dan Villars, 60, was arrested and charged with one count of fraud under $5,000 after trailer park residents revealed they had been asked to re-direct their rent cheques to a person who was known as the former property owner.
