In an attempt to create awareness and protect people from scammers, the Canadian Association of Chiefs of Police has compiled a list of the top 10 scams in Canada. They write about: Sweepstakes scam, Clickbait scam, Robocall scam, Government grant scam, Emergency or ‘grandparent’ scam, Medical alert scam, Copycat website scam, ‘Are you calling yourself?’ scam, Tech support scam and Arrest scam.
