CFN retracts all statements made in my article dated September 28, 2016, entitled “Locked-In Pensions in the Fortress Syndicated Mortgage Fraud”, including all statements inferring that a fraud has occurred.
CFN confirms that all allegations in the class action Statement of Claim under Court File No. CV-16-561293 captioned as Martino ats Fortress Real Developments Inc., Jawad Rathore, et al., have not been proven and are denied by all defendants.
