May 26, 2021 – The ever-growing world of telephone scams may have found a new angle in Guelph: the Canadian census. In a tweet, Guelph police say they received a report “about someone claiming to represent census officials, calling and asking for personal information.”

Scott Tracey, media representative for Guelph police, says one person called dispatch with concerns.
