Police charge two at Milton dealership with multiple fraud offences

Two Mississauga men have been arrested and charged with multiple counts of identity fraud and uttering forged documents after an investigation discovered an independent auto dealer was responsible for false registrations.

Jan Kowalcyzk, 59, and Justin Kowalczyk, 25, were charged after several victims reported having motor vehicles registered to them without their knowledge or consent.
