A plea date has been set for Hugh David Smith, a Sydney, N.S. man who has been arrested on multiple fraud-related charges.
Smith is charged with perjury in making a false statement under the Warehousemen’s Lien Act, defrauding an individual of a 2010 Volkswagen and theft over $5,000.
It is alleged that the 46-year-old committed the offences in June.
