A man who threatened a cab driver in Conception Bay South, NL is set to appear in court this morning.

A 66-year-old refused to pay his taxi fare and made threats towards the taxi driver. The man is now facing charges of fraud and uttering threats.

The Newfoundland senior was arrested Friday night and held in custody overnight.
