One of China’s most wanted operating Chilliwack mushroom farm

Chinese anti-corruption officials allege that a 45-year-old man running a 2.5 acre mushroom farm in Chilliwack, B.C. is an international fugitive.

Wang Qingwei is alleged to have misappropriated huge sums of money in China. He is one of 22 individuals listed on a Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China web page that lists the crimes they allegedly committed  and their known locations in Canada and the United States.

Five men of the 22 are said to be living in Canada, all located in British Columbia. In addition to Wang in Chilliwack, two men are in Richmond, one in Vancouver and one in Nanaimo.
