Nova Scotia man charged with identity fraud and defamatory libel

March 2, 2021 – Nova Scotia police have arrested a man who posted an ad looking for New Glasgow Regional Police decals and police package items while impersonating someone else. New Glasgow Regional Police charged a 47-year-old man from Pictou County with two counts of identity fraud and two counts of defamatory libel as a result of a two-month long investigation.
