The Medicine Hat Police Service laid 28 charges against a local alleged fraudster last weekend. Shane Harvey Yanke, 40, owned a stolen point of sale terminal, stolen mail containing personal information, a credit card skimmer, a credit card embosser, stolen credit cards, pre-paid Visa and MasterCards and a stolen laptop. He will appear at the Medicine Hat Provincial Court on August 9.
