The RCMP are asking Grande Prairians to be cautious this tax season as con artists claiming to be from the Canada Revenue Agency are phishing for money and personal information.
“With tax season upon us, Grande Prairie RCMP would like to remind citizens to take the necessary precautions to prevent them from being scammed out of their hard earned money and to protect their identities,” said Cpl. Shawn Graham.
