Fraud victim disappointed in her bank

May 5, 2021 – Juanita Wood-Arbus was banking on a little more help when fraudsters grabbed nearly $2,500 from her chequing account. The long-time customer of Canada Trust, now TD Canada Trust, for 40 years says the financial institution is putting the recent incident “back on me” rather than offering assistance and reimbursing her for the cash she lost.
