Peterborough, Ont. police have laid four more counts of fraud against Guarav Paul after more alleged victims have spoken out against the 29-year-old.

Police say more people have come forward after Paul was arrested earlier this week for allegedly taking money from a woman who believed he would use it to enrol her in a post-secondary institution.

It’s alleged that Paul convinced the victims to pay into a fraudulent investment scheme.

He has been charged with four counts of fraud under $5,000 in addition to a charge of fraud over $5,000 laid earlier this week.
