Frank Harrison Dew enters guilty pleas in fraud case

Frank Harrison Dew, 50, has plead guilty to 26 counts of fraud.

The Crown stayed 26 charges of theft over $5,000 against the former owner of Morton Dew, a financial services business in downtown Charlottetown.

Dew filed for bankruptcy in July 2015 before a P.E.I. Supreme Court judge ordered them to pay more than $317,000 to a former client. The former financial planning business owner has allegedly stole and defrauded from clients starting as far back as 2011.
