A former investment advisor is facing four counts of fraud for allegedly stealing hundreds of thousands of dollars from clients. Glenn Francis Dunbar, 65, is due in Nova Scotia Provincial Court Monday morning for his first appearance on the charges, which were laid earlier this month. Some of the offences date back to 2008. The most recent allegation stems from the spring of 2012.
