Former Cobourg man accused of credit card fraud, drug dealing

A 20-year-old former Cobourg, Ont. man is facing numerous charges after allegedly using stolen credit cards.

Port Hope police were called after receiving several reports of thefts from vehicles in which wallets and other possessions were reportedly stolen from the vehicles. A credit card from one of the vehicles was later used to purchase items around Port Hope.

Tyler Quinn is charged with fraudulent use of a credit card, fraud and possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking. Upon arrest, police say they discovered 126 grams of marijuana in Quinn’s possession.
