DDO immigration consultants face fraud, forgery charges

Two brothers from Dollard-des-Ormeaux charged with immigration fraud, Rajinder and Resham Singh, appeared briefly in a Montreal courtroom Tuesday morning. The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) arrested the two men in May. The two run an immigration consulting business in the West Island suburb. The CBSA says the two men were taking advantage of people who wanted to come to Canada. The case will be back before a Quebec Court judge on Oct.11.
