The Manitoba Securities Commission (MSC), a provincial regulator, has warned the public against investing with unregistered binary options broker GTOptions, according to a statement.

GTOptions, operating online under the url, is a binary options firm allegedly operating out of Bulgaria. However, no mention of any regulation is made on its website.

GTOptions was blacklisted by the MSC as the company is not registered in Manitoba to engage in the business of trading or advising anyone with respect to investing in securities. The firm is not registered to sell securities in Manitoba, or anywhere else in Canada, and has therefore failed to comply with provincial securities laws.
