The Government of Canada has created a dedicated phone tip line and online form for Canadians to anonymously submit fraud, collusion and corruption in federal government contracts and real property agreements.
The tip line is a joint initiative between the Competition Bureau, Public Services and Procurement Canada and the RCMP. Those who witness or suspect unethical business practices in federal contracting, such as bid-rigging, price-fixing, bribery, undisclosed conflict of interest and fraudulent contract schemes are encouraged to contact the available forums.
